What is Devdazzle?
Devdazzle is a creative work platform with three connected services: a Marketplace for buying and selling digital assets, a Showcase for building a public portfolio of your finished work, and an Academy for buying and teaching online courses. A single account works across all three.
How do I sign up?
You can register with an email address using the Register link at the top of any page. Membership is free. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Is buying on the Marketplace safe?
All payments are processed through the platform by our payment provider. Buyers receive their files only after payment is confirmed, and Devdazzle, as the seller of record, pays each seller their share once the sale is final. Payment card details are not stored on our servers.
What are the refund terms?
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions apply when a product significantly differs from its description or when delivered files are unusable. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
How do I become a seller?
After creating an account, you can list products from your Dashboard. Each listing is reviewed against the Content Policy before going live. At least one digital file is required per listing.
What are the commission rates?
A platform commission applies to each sale on the Marketplace and the Academy. The current rate that applies to your transaction is shown on the relevant listing or order page before you confirm. See the Terms of Use for the full fee schedule.
How do I buy a course and how does instant access work?
Buying a course works on the same checkout as the Marketplace. Devdazzle is the seller of record for the sale, and your enrollment is granted the moment your payment is confirmed - there is no waiting and no approval step. You get lifetime access to the course with no expiry date, subject to revocation if the purchase is refunded, charged back, or the course is removed for a policy or legal reason. Course videos stream within your account on a personal, non-transferable basis and are not downloadable; only any resource files the instructor attaches can be downloaded.
How do I become an instructor and sell a course?
After creating an account, you can build a course from your Dashboard. Every course goes through a mandatory review before it can be published - it is submitted for review rather than going live straight away, and any later edit to a published course re-enters review. A course must be complete before it can be submitted (title, description, category, cover image, and at least one lesson, with every video lesson actually carrying its video), and a paid course also needs an active connected payout account so we can pay your share. Your work is reviewed against the Content Policy.
What is the course commission?
A platform commission of 10% applies to each course sale, and you keep the remainder. Devdazzle is the seller of record for the sale: the instructor licenses the course to Devdazzle for resale, Devdazzle sells access to the buyer in its own name, and pays the instructor their share to their connected payout account once the sale is final.
Are courses refundable?
Course refunds are not self-service and are not guaranteed. If you have a problem with a course, open a support ticket within 15 days of purchase and our team will review the request case by case. Refunds are at our discretion and apply to paid orders only - there is no refund once you have worked through the course. If a refund is approved, your enrollment is revoked, and the same course cannot be purchased again after a refund or chargeback. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
How do I report a copyright infringement?
Use the Copyright Report form. Your notification is reviewed by our team and you will be contacted by email about the outcome.
